1. Always find time for your children

  -avoid bringing home work and be sure to spend time, whether for talk or play, with your kids   

   everyday after work .

2. Practice what you preach

   - the best way to teach your children the right values is to be their model and example.Don't curse    when you don't want them to curse.Don't drink or smoke if you don't want them to.

3. Express your love

   - feeling and showing compassion is not exclusive to women.Be affectionate. Don't hesitate to hug,  kiss and say " I Love you" to your little ones.

4. Listen to what your children have to say, no matter how trivial.

  -Doing so will make your children that he is important to you.

5. Be partner to your wife in rearing the kids

  - take part in bathing, feeding and changing their diapers.helping her will not only lessen your wife's stress it will also help you bond with your baby.

6. Be available when your children need you-not just physically but emotionally as well.

   - Show that their interest and concerns are important to you, too.

7. Talk to your kids-and not only when you need to correct them or point out their mistakes.

  -you don't want to create the impressions that you only notice their negative qualities and actions.Compliment and encourage positive behavior instead of stressing faults and weaknesses.

8. Attending parenting seminars and read parenting books and magazines.

   -Parenting refers to both parents, not just to moms.

9. Avoid defending your child when your wife is chastising or punishing him.

  - this can ruin your wife's credibility in the eyes of your child and persuade him that it's ok to challenge his mom's authority because you will be there to back him up.If you think your wife's actions unnecessary, talk to her in private and not infront of your kids.

10. Show your children that you respect their mother.

  - This will make them feel secure and respected too.
